Captains, poll, snake draft, and team formation live here until the draft locks. Spectators welcome — only eligible captains can pick.

Admin note: Bracket KD/assists filters not hooked yet — ranking uses 0,0 then signup time.

Draft schedule / poll
Draft poll opens after captains are selected.
Live draft board
Snake draft board appears when the schedule is locked / live (60s pick clock).
Teams / rosters
Each team: 4 starters + 2 subs (subs are full members). Primary and co can swap starters↔subs mid-match. Mid-season drops still waitlist FIFO.

Waitlist
FIFO order. When a starter or sub drops, the next waitlisted player is auto-offered the seat (48h accept window). No captain discretion on who is offered.
